Despite having the best company install or maintain a HVAC system, they can and do sometimes fail. This tends to happen when winter is at its coldest or Summer at its hottest. You cannot always prevent these failures but there is a lot you can do to keep your system in tip top condition. Follow the maintenance procedures as advised.
